World-Building: Turning it all outward: brand, community, and creative direction that's intentional and organic, built to create resonance and impact.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork is an active meditation and a transformational tool to access deeper parts of yourself. In this 75-minute guided Pranayama session, you'll be led on a facilitated journey through your body, breath, and psyche. We begin with integration to understand where you are and what you are dealing with in your life. From there, we will breathe to see what is coming up.
