I am a guide to share honest opinions that cut through the noise. Alongside creative collaboration, we do the personal work so career and life follow naturally.
Inner work
Take inventory across work and life. Identify motivations, resistances, and patterns. Through inquiry, breathwork, and astrology, we access the stories only you can tell. From there we define a purpose and mission to build off of — what inspires you, and what creates resonance beyond just your work.
Industry navigation
Crafting messaging, relationship dynamics, having the hard conversations, and breaking free from external expectations. This includes brand partnerships that fit, and collaborations that are additive.
Outer work
Determining themes and formats to inform strategy for career, including an online presence that highlights dimensionality and creates resonance for everyone. We world-build and find ways for it all to connect to your business as well as your essence.

Open to anyone. Available virtually, or in-person in Los Angeles/Ojai.
Guided pranayama breathwork designed to excavate the emotions that have been stuck in your body. Honor those feelings and move through them.
Intention-setting at the start, integration at the end.
Access your inner knowing and feelings that have been suppressed.
