After a decade in Hollywood as a talent agent at CAA and ICM, I saw and felt the pressures to perform and conform in order to ‘play the game.’ This mindset often resulted in burnout, disconnection, and no sense of a deeper purpose or impact.
I created Rithm Consulting to stand as a force for originiality done sustainably. My mission is to help creatives reconnect with their own voice and empower to build a career and life that is aligned and true.
Through personalized navigation, breathwork, and online presence, I am showing up to create impact from within.
